Project-based service agreements are based around a specific scope of work. These service agreements are priced based on the total amount of work within the scope. The work described within the scope is guaranteed upon completion of the agreement.
Due to the nature of these agreements, the work performed must be specified within the original scope of the agreement.
These agreements are billed after every 40 hours of work completed, or after the complete scope of work is completed, whichever is first.
Work-based
Flexible assistance, when you need it
Work-based service agreements are based around the amount of work you would like to pay for. These service agreements are priced based on the total amount of work included. The amount of work specified within the agreement is guaranteed upon completion of the agreement. These agreements can be purchased for up to a 12 month period and broken down into cycles for both service and billing.
The work performed as part of these agreements can be anything you need to happen.
These agreements are billed either after every agreed upon cycle, after every 40 hours of work completed, or upon completion of the agreement, whichever is first.
